NC state is a great experience because of the wide variety of opportunities that students can take advantage all of which lead towards growing as a person. Because there are a large number of students one gains a greater perspective on diversity while at the same time has the opportunity to find many friends with similar interests. I have had many teachers which take the time to socailize with students outside of the classrom which makes the learning process more personable and makes the students feel more a part of the environment.
