Over the four years I have attended Pratt, I have seen nothing but improvements and steps in the right direction. The facilities are getting better, the faculty is getting better. Sure Pratt has good and bad but so does anywhere else and I am of the opinion that Pratt has way more good. Pratt does not baby you and they require you to make the most of the experience. All tools and opportunity to make anything is here, you just have to be motivated to make it. Pratt has character and is not perfect but this place is extremely interesting and you need to live an interesting life in order to make interesting art. The most important thing about education is your teachers, classes and peers. This is where Pratt excels. There are constantly amazing exchanges of energy going on here and that is what is most important. I will pick that over a spotless facilities anyday. I highly recommend Pratt to anyone who is interested in creative growth both physically and mentally
