I spent one aweful semester at UNCG. Please note, I'm not a big school type of person so this made it very difficult to adjust. If you went to/currently attend a small high school, you don't want to go to UNCG. I felt like a speck and rarely spoke to my professors one on one.

Worst of all was the administration. The offices fail to communicate properly with each other, leaving students stuck in the middle wondering what happened to their loan or their schedule change.

I was also horrified by the student newspaper. I don't know how it is now, but in 2002, they were constantly printing articles about students' sexual encounters in detail. What ever happened to journalistic integrity?

Plus, what could be more annoying than trying to get to class and a hare krishna fanatic stopping you to try to sell you his propaganda books?

I think the only good thing I can say about the college is that it is academically challenging. I transferred a lot in my undergraduate career and, out of the four colleges I attended, UNCG was the most difficult.
