Major: Interior Design (This Major's Salary over time)
Illinois Institue of Art in Schaumburg is a money-making school who , in my opinion, is more concerned with recruiting students and exploiting their dreams rather than providing a well-rounded education. Their gen. ed program is sub-standard to say the least, and the major programs (I can only speak for the animation and interior design programs) are less than adequate. I heard that this school tried to obtain North Central Accredidation. I doubt they will get it until they revamp their general education program and get rid of their current administration. I would strongly suggest not attending this school until they make significant changes in their curriculum and administration. There are many other design programs that are more worthwhile.
