The school cares a lot about the football team. Athletes with poor grades don't end up on academic probation. Some get financial aid like "math scholarship" for an honest example. The theatre dept. profs are knowledgeable but they're prone to gossip and backstabbing each other and students. I've heard a lot of good about the other departments. The Music dept. has its own drama but theatre probably has the worst of it.
