Students should learn to work hard. This means avoid beer at all costs, plus television. The best thing I did was make the choice to recognize only those who do work. On campus, sometimes one has to do this in competitive fields. For those that love to sit in meetings, they enjoy to chatting up pretty-talk. It is important to recognize those who do no work, use Pretty-Talk to take credit for the work that you do.It is key that they advance by being recognized for your energy. It is important that they gain credibility by the right power parties, so that you get no recognition for the work that you have done. There are hundreds of these who graduate from Cornell. This is the norm but it's a Healthy reality to be exposed to since it is the norm from Campus.
