Major: Radiological Sciences (This Major's Salary over time)
The radiology dept. had way too many students and flooded the local job market. Not a lot of jobs available unless you are leaving the midwest! Don't stay in x-ray, go MRI or CT that is the future. If you can get training in these from a hospital, do that instead of an independent school. As a student Sanford-Brown, I didn't enjoy the experience often having to drive several hours a day just to get to a clinical site. Department was very disorganized and didn't care about their students! They would send too many students to a clinical site causing you to have limited experience. Don't Go to Sanford-Brown! As for the x-ray field, it is poorly managed with people getting fired left and right. I have only met maybe two or three people that actually retired from the field. That should tell you something!
