Major: Accounting (This Major's Salary over time)
I am a 22 year old student (senior), and my major is accounting. Due to the fact that Miami is an international destination and a magnet for international students, Florida International University has a large and diverse student body and faculty. FIU is composed by two beautiful campuses. I attend my classes at the main campus (University park). I know that the university campus can't be as huge as UF, even if they wanted to, because as I said, Miami is a metropolis, not an isolated town. Well, FIU has great facilities, which includes the "green library" building (the best place to study for a midterm and get togheter with your friends), many academic buildings, and a 8.5 million dollar Rec Center that is outstanding. FIU is located in the heart of MIami. What can be better than that!!!…Miami is the home of the most powerful banks and multinational companies. It is easy to find a parttime job and gain experience and at the same time get your degree. The night life is the best.I mean…this city has so many clubs and bars. The women on and off campus are gorgeous and you can go to Miami beach during the weekends. As an accounting major I recommend this university because FIU is super hard in accounting. I love FIU and I have the best time here. BYe.
