Major: Engineering Department (This Major's Salary over time)
I made a few good friends at OU and enjoyed many of the experiences that one should have during their freshman year. However overall the time and money that it cost to attend was not worthwhile and I ultimately decided to transfer. If I could do it all over again I would have spent that first year at a junior college - it just wasnt worth the cost of out-of-state tuition. My advice to others would to relegate OU to a "back-up school" if you are out-of-state unless you are well compensated by scholarships (or you want to study meteorology). If you are from oklahoma then it seems OU and OSU are your two best options. There are some great schools in Texas, Missouri, and Colorado. Hope this advice helps.
