Major: Industrial Design (This Major's Salary over time)
Although the ID program is a bit crowded, the professors are of high quality. The curriculum is about the big picture of design, including ecology, human behavior ect. Its not that they don't teach you how to make sexy new gadgets, its just that they expect you to defend the place of those gadgets in the world. Overall, if you want to do real design rather than just being a CAD monkey, UARTS may be the place for you. Be warned, it is hard work here, but if you love design you'll enjoy it.
