Date: Dec 16 2005 Major: Chemistry (This Major's Salary over time) I would have to say that where I am today is because of Agnes Scott College. For me, college was more than a big frat party (could have gone to a co-ed state school), but the ability to get a quality education. Granted, Agnes Scott is more expensive than when I attended, I am glad that I made that finacial sacrifice along with my parents to get the degree. I found my experiences there helped me get the jobs that I wanted and got me into law school. The name alone helped me get two prestigious jobs right out of school.I met my closest girlfriends while at Agnes Scott. I never had a problem going out and meeting men, going out on dates, and getting into Atlanta (and I never had a car while in college). I think that you need to be resourceful and definitely take advantage of the opportunities that Agnes Scott offers. It does take time to become a "Scottie" but if you do your reseach on why you are going to college, Agnes Scott could be a good match for you. College is truly more than parties and social events; but you will need to go outside of the campus for some of the more "traditional" aspects of college life.
