Most of the university is excellent. In my department, teachers are generally friendly and helpful. However, there's always the few that mess things up. Overall I feel I'm getting a good education. There's a few classes that seem worthless, a few classes that almost kill you with the amount of work. But the department wants you to succeed and they're willing to help you out.

What you posted, is how it is everywhere! You are suppose to have a heavy workload! That is why you are there? Also, there are always some bad teachers anywhere you go!
