The teaching at franklin pierce is absolutely horrible. after a few years of practice you realize the professors either forgot, or made up, even basic principles of law. I had to learn contracts, evidence, and administrative law on my own. Generally speaking, the professors that have been there the longest are the worst. I do not know why.
