Major: English (This Major's Salary over time)
Washington College is an excellent college for those who are looking for a small, close-knit atmosphere. There are no 400-person lectures (that would be a third of the campus!), and there is ample opportunity to get to know your peers and your professors—building bonds that will last a lifetime. WC is also close enough to major cities like Washington D.C. and Philadelphia that you can still go shopping, see concerts, attend sporting events—whatever you're into—and still live in a comfortable, safe community. There are also numerous clubs and sports on campus. Even though we're a small college in a small town, you can still be extraordinarily busy!
