IIT is a nice school if you cherish small classes and diversity. it si a school that has people from all over the world. If you want to be a diplomat IIT is a good place to start learning other cultures. But with that said the school has a tremendous work load ranked 4th in the country for working their students to death only surpassed by MIT, caltech. The surrounding city has a lot to offer but the campus is not intersting, students find their way downtown to look for excitement. If you like these facts then IIT is right for you
