The univeristy is good speaking in terms of faculty/majors and other programs but when it comes to the students the school falls short. For example there are not many school held events, but there a few. The president of the univeristy said that there were going to be changes, but nothing has changed. The administration said that there will be new dorms and a parking deck, also a new science building-but ground has not been broken for any of these projects and this is with plans to finish construction within 3 years. Nobody dorms at this school, 95% of the student population commutes making it hard to make friends. For me, i have not had a good experience at this school and will be leaving. Those of you do come to Kean univeristy (not saying it is a bad thing) you really need to have a plan to get involved in something or you will be lost.
