UMN is a wonderful campus, I feel I am being thoroughly educated in what I need to know to succeed in a career after I graduate. My only complaint is the number of teaching assistants who aren't capable of communicating with their students due to both language and cultural barriers. However, there is a bill in the state assembly that would necessitate these skills to be accepted into a teacher's assistant position. I've enjoyed my experience, and have found that despite the lack of big sports teams and notariety, there are all sorts of student organizations, clubs, and activities that you can keep yourself busy with.
