It was a long time ago, but WSU was not all that it could be. Part of the problem was the lack of interest in students by professors…they just did not care.

I moved to the State of Washington just as I began college and became sick of hearing eveyone proclaiming how great the state was and there was no better place to be even though many had never been further east than Montana. Most also seemed jealous of California.

Since my graduation, I have received survey calls from WSU including statements such as

how has WSU helped our state

to which I could sincerely reply NOT MUCH since I live on the east coast and WSU is not exactly a major source of inspiration or attention back here.
