After getting involved on campus I expected to really enjoy my time here. Sadly, I was mistaken. I tried getting involved in activities and clubs, but to no avail. A decent percentage of the faculty really do care about you, but the administration is total sh*t. They have screwed up numerous bills and even an inaguration ceremony they conducted managed to become a disaster. Although, the school does try to provide the students with events to make it likeable, such as the Fall and Spring concert or doing a free Midnight breakfest during finals. If you try hard, you can find people here who are not a cookie cutter mold of being rich, drink-focused, and superficial. I've noticed that many of the people on sports teams are snooty and seem to look down on others. Although the campus is small, it isn't as gossipy as one might expect. You can walk around the campus and bump into people you did not know. If you are going to bring your car here, but sure to park it where your permt says or you will get tickets. I even got a ticket postd to my account after the year had ended because they had "misplaced" it, and I didn't even get the initial ticket. It's rediculous.Like any school, it has its pluses and miuses, it's just a matter of what is important to you. If you want stimulating courses and a diverse student body, don't come here.
