Linfield College - McMinnville

Linfield is small and there definately is an air of high school-ness permeating the attitudes of students and professors a like. It reminded me more of a college preparatory school than an actual academic institution pursuing serious intellectual pursuits.

Also, the greek system is well developed and could easily be a wonderful addition to the campus. I was a greek and loved it, but the school targets the greek system for all things bad on campus because they lack the hootzpah to examine and improve on what the real issues are.

It definately has a suburban middle class value system, fairly conservative, a few rebels, and most who really don't care so long as they continue in their little bubble of white bred, white collar, exposure.
