The post before this criticizes the U without looking at any of the positives, like the beach, the grove, and football games at the Orange Bowl! The majority of students I have met are friendly, intelligent people who want to learn and take advantage of the weather in Miami. You can fall into any crowd at any school. I am in the School of Business and feel I will be well prepared to work in real estate, investments, or another area of business when I graduate. Most of my professors work in the fields they teach and care about the students. Yes, some of the buildings need to be fixed, but they are building all of the time. As long as the education is worthwhile, you interact well with most of the people, and the surroundings provide a break from classes, what's so bad?
