Sac State is a good quality school with friendly and helpful teachers. The transition from high school was suprisingly easy. The atmosphere is very laid back and the students are very friendly and approachable. The only bad thing is that outside the classroom, there is really not much going on. Everyone pretty much goes home after class and there are few activities and social events. But aside from that, I would highly recomend this school to anyone looking for a quality, not too challenging education in a friendly environment without distractions and drama.

So i was curious, i was thinking about applying to this school but i am an out of state resident. Most of these people that attend this school seem to not like it, so that makes me a little nervous to apply if they say most of there friends have left to go to another school. Are most people from the area? Because most people seem to go home on weekends which makes me think that no one really lives on campus? that would be a bummer
