Major: Other (This Major's Salary over time)
This school's environment is good. The people are friendly, the community is small, and everyone finds a way to have a good time. However, Dubuque is not a big town and finding things to do every weekend becomes a challenge. If you are going to UD for aviation, you are in great hands. However, the Gen ED classes are not difficult and will not push students who have a solid high school background. Also, be prepared to go slow. This school likes to take an easy on academics and make sure everyone understands the material. So if you like to move quick and feel you are capable of that, be prepared that the classes are aimed at making sure EVERYONE understands. (May mean leaving material out)
The dorms are not large and are not airconditioned but do know that this school is diverse with a variety of beliefs and ethnicities and that the people are great. If you like be able to talk to your professor one-on-one, this is the school. (Football team is horrible!)
