Major: Economics (This Major's Salary over time)
I love OU. One bad thing about it is a lot of students have the tendency to lose focus on their academics. Being on quarters, it's really easy to fall behind. If you blow off the first couple weeks, it's hard to catch up because by that time a lot of professors are giving their first midterms. Another bad thing: Make sure when you sign up for a math class (which you inevitably will) that you find a professor with an english-sounding name or you know someone that's had the professor otherwise. This isn't at all a close-minded comment; I had a statistics professor who literally had to have all the class material written in english before hand, and he'd just dictate it to us in class. If any of us had a question, it was almost impossible for him to understand us. I think a lot of the class performed poorly because of this.
