provided an exceptional introduction to the sea-going life. In my
36 years of sailing I always prefer schoolship graduates as
shipmates and have found Keema grads to be the best
of those.
I am pleased that the focus of the
school has changed to be more academic and less “trade
school” in nature. I still feel, however, that the professional
education is the school's natural niche.
