IWU is a great undergraduate experience. It is a conservative school, so don't expect to party. Academics are stronger, but can always be stronger. Faculty is experience, competent, and extraordinarily caring. Even administrators, including the President are pretty accessible. This institution wants you to do well and is focused on the students growth in more than just the academic arena. Loved my time there, if I wasn't paying for student loans I would be giving back.
