I love Beloit. It is true that it's not right for everyone - people looking for city life, high fashion shopping, or a bar scene won't find it here. But I wasn't looking for any of those things when I looked at colleges. I was just looking for a place where I could be myself, where I didn't have to dress to impress others, or live up to the expectations of others, and where my opinions were taken seriously, both inside and out of the classroom. I have found that here and more. Yes, we're not for everyone, but if you want a place where the teachers truly care, where you can express yourself creatively, and grow both emotionally and intellectually, Beloit is it.
