Colorado School of Mines is a great school, but one thing that people miss when they come here with their +4.0 GPA's is that even though they may have been able to get through highschool without studying - it's going to change. CSM is a demanding school - but it is all worth the effort. the campus is great, the people are hilarious, and there is a lot of things to do in the community, whether it's playing an IM sport or joining a club. If you're a really outdoor kind of person, we have a LOT to do here. no joke. but even though the work is hard, and can be stressful - the school is great, and i dont know how princeton review gets its rankings and such - because we are definitely not one of the unhappiest schools. - ask anyone who goes here.P.S. Its a great deal if you're instate too! haha.
