Major: PreMed and Medical (This Major's Salary over time)
I trasfered to OSU a year ago from out of state, I trasfered here because of a very good allied med major and also having relatives that went to medical school here I heard a lot of great things especially when it comes to medicine/allied med/public health. The school has everything! every resource, any club, sports, an amazing 40million dollar rec center that just opened up this year! The tuition is a big pricy for a public state school. (around 10K for in state and 20K for me!) I dont know how it is in the general courses but in our school where you actually have to get accepted into the program most people are a bit different then the general crowd. Everyone is truly intersted in their field of study. OSU has greatly changed its undergraduate population in the last few years, in 2006 they accepted their "brightest" class(in regards to test scores and gpa). Many programs are top ranked and an OSU degree is respected by employers. Now there are many idiots in the school that come to party but they usually get weeded out in the general courses.
