Be ready to work hard. This is not the common four year college for parties and friends; you will need to work, but you will learn and get experience in a lot of areas in return. The hockey games are a blast, and you be able to get your stress out that the amazing kern center. Choose MSOE only if you truely know that you want to do engieering because your only other options would be buisness or nursing. If you want to be an experienced engineer or nurse, then this is the place for you.
