Western New England College was a good, if not perfect, experience for me. I wanted a small campus with resources that would keep me busy and getting the most out of my four years. The professors are amazing, as are the administrators. The student body is a wide mix of folks. I had a suite-mate who was admitted to Harvard and another who passed up an education at Penn to attend WNEC (granted, WNEC gave them full scholarships). But there are also those middle-range students. The burnouts are a small percentage of the campus and usually drop out quickly. There is a vibrant intellectual life on campus but no hippies. Politically, it is a very conservative campus where convention is practically worshipped.
