Lassen College is a mess, the school is on Accreditation Probation so I may be wasting my time with courses that do not transfer. Nobody is helpful, the class schedules never come out on time, courses are cancelled at the last minute. The instructors are mostly a bunch of losers who are not qualified to teach at a high school, let alone a college. The town of Susanville is depressing—Reno is 90 miles away so getting away is not impossible. The whole school has the same atmosphere that an unemployment office has—lots of down on their luck sad individuals. I cannot wait to get out of here. I got accepted at real college so there is a light at the end of this dark tunnel called Lassen College
