I adore Foothill. I think it's one of the best oppourtunities in education that any community college student has. The professors I had were amazing (3 who taught at Stanford, one from U. Madison, etc), and really push you. They are available for mentorship if you apply yourself and have a keen interest in their academic area. This school has given me so many opportunities and provided me with a safe, creative place to grow and learn. Many students transfer to UCs or even some private lib arts schools and say that Foothill provided them with a better education. That in itself should interest you.
The student body on a whole is diverse, competitive and motivated. Go Foothill!!
