Major: Other (This Major's Salary over time)
This college is set on a beautiful location. The education you get there is decent. But there are major drawbacks for attending. If you live in the dorm you will be made especially familiar with all the rules of the college; much more so than if you don't live on campus. I thought I could handle all the rules, and did for four years. Once I started dating someone seriously, though, I realized how much more rules there were to this college than if I would have not been in a serious relationship. The college monitors most social activity on the campus by use of video cameras and chaperones galore, and tries to monitor as much off-campus activity as it can. I felt that some (not all) floor leaders were out to try to catch students doing something wrong, and used their imaginations to make up something a student was doing to make it wrong.Dating is really hard there, as the average student can't go off-campus with their date unless accompanied by a parent or a chap. The places couples can hang out are limited, as well as the sitting areas. There is nothing wrong with chapel, church, Spiritual growth - all are excellent in fact, however this college requires daily attending of chapel as well as required church services: Sunday morning, evening, and Wednesday evening - and a student is not allowed to choose a church but must attend the campus church. The price is right, though. Beautiful place, decent education if you can stand all the rules, extra-curricular requirements and being watched when you step out of your dorm.
