Baruch was an amazing place for several reasons,but it also had its drawbacks. First, the drawbacks:

1. Baruch won't give a normal college experience. There were no dorms, and no athletics.

2. There was a daily commute to NYC.

The positives

1.Unbelievably inexpensive education

2. Top quality instruction and facilities with some top name professors.

3. Although Baruch has no campus per se, Manhattan is your campus. I was eating out regularly at different establishments, most of which were very good.

4. I made a lot of connections at Baruch and while commuting on the Long Island Rail Road.

5. Baruch has an amazing alumni base for support.

Overall, it was a fine school and a real steal for the money.
