Charter Oak was the ONLY choice. I was finishing my BS after many years of occasional courses. They gave me credit for what I had done and worked out an individual plan for me. Graduation was fabulous. We had people in our class of 700 from every state in the country. The price of matriculation was small compared to the time and expense of having to take courses all over again at some local university that wanted to put their name on my degree.
