If you are in Vancouver and you want to go to college go to Clark. You can still kick it with some of your old high school friends and still eat your parents food. I know its easy to get excited and want to leave Vancouver ASAP but Clark is fine to chill at for a few years. There is no shame in staying home and going to Clark. When I was at Clark I met tons of kids who failed or got two stressed out at other colleges and had to come back to Vancouver. If you think parking is bad at Clark, you are not ready for a 4 year college.
