Date: Jul 18 2007 Major: Unknown (This Major's Salary over time) I spent freshman year here and am now transferring to Penn.Gtown is definitely a temple for mediocrity (I couldn't agree more with the yale transfer). As an enrolled student, if you just walk around the campus you can feel the lack of intellectual stimulation. The institution seems to have nothing going for it—hoyas think they know something but are far from bright, the endowment is struggling, professors are second-rate. The things that students here are interested in are strictly limited to basketball, parties at village a/henle, and pretending to be well-rounded and internationally informed. Most of the kids I met are ivy rejects and enrolled here only because it was the best school they could get into. Overall, Georgetown is a mediocre school for mediocre minds.
