I was recently accepted into Northeastern, could you tell where the best housing is for a freshmen. There are a lot of choices but I don't know which is right. Also, where did you do you co-op? I also want to go into medicine and you had great placement. Thanks!!! |
Where did you do your COOP? |
Major: Biology (This Major's Salary over time)
Northeastern is amazing. It has something for everyone, and I think you will learn the most by just going to do a tour and staying in Boston for the day. You will see how active and involved students are, and how much they love the school. There is never a time when you are bored, no matter who you are. With 2,000+ kids in your class, you will meet people you love! The academics are fantastic and I have found myself challenged and interested in all of my courses. Don't let the big size of the school intimidate you - I can walk from one end of the campus to the other in under 10 minutes. The food is fine, Boston is a great city, the faculty are kind and very smart/helpful, the students are friendly, and it's just a great college. The co-op program is unique and the only one of its kind. I landed an internship with a nearby research clinic in Boston that has offered to pay for my housing/living during my next co-op, moving closer to their main headquarters in NYC. They promised me a job as soon as I finish college, starting with a REALLY nice salary. And although I consider myself capable, I owe this all to Northeastern. The connections they have are just unmatched.Look at the school… Take a tour - you will fall in love with it
