EMU is a good school with several excellent programs - particularly Education and Business. The campus is nicer than you might expect, with a small lake in the middle of campus and a new student union. It has gotten some bad press recently, but the Ann Arbor/Ypsi area is a great place to go to school and Eastern is a good choice for those seeking a mid-sized university with affordable tuition and a friendly, hard working student body.
