Major: Education (This Major's Salary over time)
I cannot say that I have had a bad experience at Elmhurst College, but it wasn't all that I had expected. The campus is beautiful and the students are friendly. But the programs need to be looked at more closely. It seems like every class that I have taken have been by adjunts, which would be fine if they were just general education classes. But when I have adjunts teaching me major classes and they have never had the experience in the classroom (Elementary ed major). I have a problem, especially with all the money I am giving to this school each year. I do feel prepared to enter the working world I just wish that everyone would be on the same page. In the matter of getting involved on campus that all depends on you. Greek life is really the way to go, those are the people that are really getting involved on campus.
