Major: Unknown (This Major's Salary over time)
Here's the scoop - Duquesne seems like a snobby conservative college in the middle of Western Pennsylvania, but it isn't really. The DU Young Dems as very large and actcive, for example. Most professors have a very open mind and all of the ones that I've had respect opinions. Haven't had a problem with language (though my theology teacher has a cool Romanian accent. Not a problem but I wanted to throw that in there).Lots of stuff to do on campus with orginizations and sports (football is good and basketball is on the rise!), in the city with the teams (Penguins are close, new arena will make them closer!), Pittsburgh Symphony, theatres, shopping, movies, etcetera. Nothing's that far away and DU provides busses that'll go as far as the Waterfront in Homestead. So its a lot of good stuff. DU is a dry campus - stuff will always happen though, good bars are near anyway, and you can party with Pitt and CMU people when you're in the mood in Oakland.
