Major: Education (This Major's Salary over time)
Since completing my Ed.D. in adult education at NIU I have lost my job and have not found employment. I had eleven years work experience in higher education, six of those years at NIU. My advise is if you intend to stay employed at NIU in the division of student affairs, it is better not to pursue coursework beyond the masters, especially if you are 40 years of age or older.
