Major: Public Policy (This Major's Salary over time)
Signed up for classes and was happy at begining. I decided to drop on the first day of class. I went in to the office and they treated me like a criminal. Their add/drop policy states that they keep $150 per class plus 10 percent of total tuition. I ended up paying nearly $500 for 2 classes I never started. They called it a "No Show Fee". Strayer is only after your money. The Dean E-mailed me and was rude-insisting I caome back and give them another try and then went on to say in so many words that I am a quitter! The office staff are pushy and are not knowledgeable about their job. Very negative experience.
