I decided to go to UCF in November of my senior year. I've been here since June for summer session and now for fall and all I want is to go back home. I decided to come down here way too early and didn't look enough into it. The school looks amazing from the outside but once you get here you realize that all they care about is their money. The students only care about going to the local bars, which there are tons of, and getting wasted. It's easy to get by because most of your classes have about 300-500 kids in them so you really only have tests to make up your grade. It's impossible for the teachers to assign homework every night and then check it later on in the week. 93% of the students are from Florida so if you're from out of state, I wouldn't suggest going here. Most kids come here with all of their same high school friends and stick with them the whole time. After freshman year, you have to move off campus which is completly unsafe. There have been tons of break-ins and robberys at all of the student housing around the area. BE careful if you're considering UCFI am transferring next year
