I made my decision to go after visiting the campus. The campus and area around the campus is everything I expected of a college town! Its nice because you never need a car and everyone in the town of West Lafayette has something to do with the school (student or falculty!) Yet you can still go across the river to the city of Lafayette if you want to get away from it all (still in walking distance). The social life was amazing and no matter what your personality you won't have problems meeting friends. And finally the quality of education is beyong what I expected with plenty of opportunities for research and to study abroad.
