Relatively small student body lends itself to a great atmosphere to learn in. The professors are approachable and want their students to excell. I attended a much larger university (University of Florida) before making the transition to VSU. VSU is superlative in ALL aspects to a large university where the students are just a number and the professors are very absorbed in their own research. VSU is the way to go!
