I do not agree with the people that say that this university is beautiful. The campus is rather small compared to other universities and there is ALWAYS construction being done. San Antonio is an alright city. You basically have to have a car to get around and nothing is walking distance. The campus feels more like a community college than anything else. If you have a choice you should come here just to transfer to UT Austin. UT Austin has a better reputation. I do love the faculty at UTSA. Everyone is really friendly and they really want to help every student. Too bad that this school has a really bad reputation. People either love it here or are stuck here. I HATE that we have no school spirit. You see at least 5 people daily wearing other school's shirts. TEXAS is the main one. Parties here are really laid back. Everyone is pretty cool, i just hate the campus and the bad reputation. I am transferring out next fall to MASS.
