I have no idea why I chose to attend UNCG. It has been one of the worst decisions that I have ever made. It is nearly impossible to get involved with any activities because they're all geared towards African Americans. The students here do not care about their education or other people's need to be successful. I hate how the campus is smack dap in the middle of a ghetto. The surrounding area is so unfriendly and makes the college seem disgusting. Yes, the campus is pretty (in comparison to NC State). The Caf is absolutely disgusting and when you leave there, you have to go home and drench your clothes in fresheners. Don't come here if you are pre-med. Come here if you want to be in the music program because those are the only people who seem to be happy here.
