Try and make connections before you get too involved here. While the students and faculty are friendly, they tend to be very "clicky" and reserved and won't necessarily go out of their way to absorb you into their group. Kennesaw has been called a lonely campus, but it is nice and has a few attributes that might come in handy for the astute and overachieving. The school has been around since the 20s or so and has not had many facelifts since. Currently and through-out the past few years though many additions have been made including a new Social Science building, now the largest building on campus, new dorms (more like apartments) a new theatre and a few new parking decks, as parking is absolutely horrid.
